District 220 Programs: Six Ways to Grow as a Communicator and Leader

District 220 Toastmasters offers six world-class programs designed to help members and the community develop communication skills, build leadership, and make a lasting impact.

1. Pathways Learning Experience

Toastmasters' premier online education platform. Choose from 11 specialized learning paths covering Presentation Mastery, Innovative Planning, Dynamic Leadership, and more. Every Toastmasters member has access to Pathways through Base Camp. 🔗 toastmasters.org/education/pathways

2. Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI)

Quarterly officer training sessions for all club officers — Presidents, VPs, Secretaries, Treasurers, and Sergeants-at-Arms. TLI attendance counts toward the Distinguished Club Program. Summer Sessions A, B, and C are now open for 2026. 🔗 toastmasters.org/leadership-central/club-officer-training

3. Speech Contests

From club level to the World Championship of Public Speaking — District 220 runs the full Toastmasters contest season each year. Five contest types: International Speech, Humorous Speech, Evaluation, Table Topics, and Tall Tales. 🔗 toastmasters.org/education/speech-contests

4. Youth Leadership Program

5. Speakers Bureau
