Terri Powell-Brown
Division A Director
Terri Powell-Brown serves as Division A Director for Toastmasters District 220. A dedicated Toastmaster and service-centered leader, she brings energy, passion, and a strong sense of community building to her work. She is committed to helping clubs grow stronger, supporting confident communication, empowering individuals, identifying talent in others, and guiding the next generation of Toastmasters leaders.
Terri’s Toastmasters journey reflects a call to lead through service. She previously served as Club Sponsor and Charter President of Dragons Guild Toastmasters Club, helping lead the club to Smedley Distinguished status in its inaugural year. She also served as Area Director, leading her area to Select Distinguished recognition through focused support, officer engagement, club support, and strategic follow-through.
Her service includes club and area leadership, officer support, member development, Toastmasters Leadership Institute training support, and service as Budget Chair for the District Conference. Professionally, Terri is a healthcare executive, speech-language pathologist, and leadership strategist with more than two decades of executive experience.
Beyond Toastmasters and her professional work, Terri is a wife, mother of four young adults, and soon-to-be first-time Glam-Ma.
