Shawny Stone

Shawny Stone serves as Division H Director for District 220, bringing a servant‑leadership style shaped by her Hawaiʻi upbringing, strong family values, and a lifelong commitment to community. A Toastmaster since 2022, she has held multiple club and district roles, consistently focused on helping members rise into their voice with confidence, clarity, and connection. Shawny is excited to partner with the Area Directors of Division H, fostering a culture of collaboration, encouragement, and shared growth throughout the program year.

Her leadership is grounded in cultural humility, observation, and creating spaces where people feel supported and empowered. Outside Toastmasters, Shawny enjoys celebrating Hawaiian traditions, nurturing family relationships, and building communities where people thrive together. She leads with the guiding ʻŌlelo Noʻeau (Hawaiian Proverb): “I ka nānā no a ‘ike — by observing, one learns.”
