Kimbaley Williams, DTM, serves as the Club Growth Director for District 220 Toastmasters. She is passionate about helping clubs, members, and leaders achieve success through collaboration, engagement, and meaningful support.
Her vision for District 220 is to create a culture where clubs are connected, supported, and empowered to thrive. Through innovative growth initiatives, member engagement programs, club support resources, leadership development opportunities, and strategic outreach efforts, she is committed to strengthening existing clubs while creating opportunities for new clubs and new members to flourish.
Kimbaley believes that sustainable growth happens when leaders work together, clubs support one another, and every member feels valued and connected. She is dedicated to building a district where no club stands alone and where success is shared across the entire Toastmasters community.
