Desmond Aberdeen serves as Division F Director for District 220 Toastmasters, where he is committed to developing leaders, strengthening clubs, and fostering a culture of excellence through servant leadership. A Toastmaster for over a decade, he is passionate about helping members build confidence, enhance communication, and reach their leadership potential.
Professionally, Desmond is a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist with the U.S. Department of Justice, leading enterprise technology initiatives, governance, and strategic programs. He also has more than 23 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional and commercial real estate advisor, helping clients navigate residential and investment opportunities.
Outside of work and Toastmasters, Desmond enjoys fitness, personal development, commercial real estate investing, martial arts, and hosting the Performance Unlocked podcast, where he shares practical lessons on leadership, discipline, execution, and achieving meaningful results.
