Augusta Inniss

Augusta Inniss, DTM, is an accomplished leader with more than 30 years of experience in administration, business, technology, and program management. Passionate about leadership development, strategic planning, and community service, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations grow through education, collaboration, and empowerment.

Within Toastmasters, Augusta has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Club Growth Director and Program Quality Director, where she focused on strengthening clubs, developing leaders, and enhancing the member experience. As the inaugural District Director of District 220, her vision is to unite our members, strengthen our clubs, and foster a culture of innovation and service that empowers every member to grow, lead, and succeed.

Outside of Toastmasters, Augusta enjoys producing events, mentoring emerging leaders, and serving under-resourced communities. She believes that leadership is most impactful when it inspires others to discover their potential and achieve meaningful results.
